Wellness Offerings
Since 2012, Lorraine has been working with a variety of Bay Area companies, Fitness/Wellness Facilities, Yoga Studios, Schools, Churches, where she has led weekly classes, workshops and wellness events in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Creating Vision Boards, Hiking Yoga, Team Building Events, Retreats and Wellness Practices.
Lorraine is also available for one-on-one private lessons or semi- private group classes. Sessions can be held over Zoom or at a mutually agreed upon location.
A private lesson is a wonderful opportunity to get all of your questions answered and work on developing a highly individualized practice that is tailored for your unique anatomy and goals.
* Vinyasa Yoga Class (60 min)
An energizing class that moves with the breath, building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Alignment based with pranayama (breathwork) incorporated. All levels class with modifications given.
*Active wear, Yoga mat, (blocks and yoga blanket are helpful)
*Mindful Slow Flow Yoga Class (60min)
A slower paced class that builds strength, flexibility and balance while holding poses longer and more meditative with less endurance focus. Alignment based with pranayama (breathwork) incorporated. All levels class with modifications given.

*Yoga Core Fusion For Strength (60min)
An energetic core focused yoga class with agility, flexibility & strength building using light weights 2-4lbs & more reps. Prepare to sweat, get strong & enjoy grooving to familiar beats. Options given for different fitness levels.
*Active wear, Yoga mat, hand weights needed, 2 blocks, yoga blanket optional.
*Office Chair Yoga Class (30-45min)
This easy and accessible class will help relieve the stiffness and achiness that comes with long hours of sitting at a desk. Stretching & strengthening exercises will focus on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, wrists and eyes while sitting in the chair and standing. Yoga can reduce stress, tension, improve posture and increase flexibility. It can improve your concentration and ability to focus so you return to work refreshed.
* No special props or attire needed
*Yin - Stretch it Out - Yoga (45-60-75min )
Work the connective tissue & ligaments as you hold deeper stretches on the floor for 2-5 minutes. A meditative, calming, grounding practice that down regulates your nervous system. Modifications offered. No experience needed. All levels appropriate. Can also be offered in a Special Candlelight Setting to add ambiance with the option of essential oils.
*Clothes you can stretch in, Yoga mat, 2 blocks, blanket needed, pillow optional
* Guided Meditation Class (15 or 30min)
*No props needed. Can be done in chairs or laying down on carpet.
* Hiking Yoga (90 - 120min)
A guided mindfulness exploration of the senses out on the Bay Area trails.
A Yoga Class within a hike. Enliven as you connect with yourself, nature & community. Can be designed to your needs and fitness level.

*Vision Board Workshop (2 1/2 - 3hrs)
With this practice we will open awareness to heart’s desire, while renewing body, mind & spirit. Starting with a short heart centering/ opening guided meditation, followed by a heart opening yoga flow practice, then a yin relaxing cool down that will allow us to tap into the power of intention and motivation. The whole sequence works with the internal cleansing fire of the energy body to clear out the old and & make space for the new. With our hearts open & minds settled, the second half of the workshop we will be making Vision Boards, first exploring some deeper questions to learn more about ourselves past and present & help to focus on what is important in your life. We will clarify true vision which may be hidden by all the “stuff” in your life. You may want to record answers in your journal for future reference. Vision Boards will assist you in unlocking the secret to an extraordinary life by finding the authentic you & helping you manifest your dreams & live the life you desire!
