Hiking Yoga
Hiking Yoga on the Peninsula since 2013! Revitalize your senses as you invite fresh air and a spirit of exploration into your yoga practice. As we hike up and down vigorous hills, we’ll sweat, breathe and explore in community the beautiful trails & views available to us in the Bay Area, stopping along the way at “yoga stations” designed to stretch, open and challenge our bodies. A yoga class within a 3 mile hike! Nature can provide the best kind of therapy.
